Monday: 18 (17.9 on the Garmin) miles - 2:43:45/9:08 pace
Total: 52 miles
A decent week. 52 miles in 5 sessions, and an 18 miler to boot. I hydrated well for the 18 miler and it wasn't too uncomfortable to end up with. After a few weeks of struggling in the heat I managed to drop my pace back down to 8 minute miles for a couple of steady runs without too much difficulty.
Target for this week is high 50s or low 60s, with a 20 miler.
