Running and more football

Wednesday - rest day.

Thursday - 4.5 miles, steady (35:30).

Friday - 5-a-side football.

Saturday - 7 miles easy, with 7 x 100m strides.

My running in the second half of the week was knocked off slightly by football commitments, but I'll still have a healthy total for the week.

10 easy miles planned for tomorrow.

My only gripe is a little niggle with my knee, but icing the area is keeping it manageable at the moment.
