Today I ran a 6 mile route of 2 easy, 2 threshold (round about 7:30's again) and 2 easy. That gives me 47.5 miles for the week, another new high (but not by much).
Saturday - 4 miles
Sunday - 20 miles
Monday - 4.5 miles
Tuesday - 4.5 miles
Wednesday - 8.5 miles
Thursday - rest
Friday - 6 miles
Total: 47.5 miles
