The weather is absolutely awful here again - so stormy that its difficult to stand up against some of the gusts of wind. So it was the treadmill this evening after work for 6 miles.

Is that a treadmill at home? if so, it's not fair! I want one :-P
Unfortunately not - there's a small gym where I work, so I use it when the weather's not great for going outside.
I guess your weather is even worse than mine. Edinburgh is a good bit further north than Kerry, which does make a difference this time of the year.
At least you've got a treadmill you can use in those conditions.
