6 miles at 8:08 average place. Felt ok, but my knee seized up during the day. Not sure what caused it, but it seems to have disappeared now anyway. I'll call it a post-marathon niggle.

Damn, I completely missed your race last weekend! Sorry about that. Well, you might not have managed 3:45, but you now have a better PR then my sorry self - though I do intend to change that, 20 days from now.
Belated congratulations, and don't rack up the miles too quickly now. Rest is your friend after a marathon.
