Sunday's long run was cut in half as part of my combined mini-taper toward next week's 10k and an "easier" weak after two 50 mile weeks.
My legs actually felt stiffer after the 10 miles than they have after 20 miles recently - but that was caused by lots of kneeling and squating through DIY-ing rather than the running itself.
